Are forbidden :
In job offers: all age limits (maximum / minimum), age ranges or formulas such as "preferably of such age", "such age approximately"
Offer in a foreign language, unless the position to be filled is in a foreign country
Indicate that you want to specifically recruit a man or a woman.
Mention of ethnic origin, political opinions, religious convictions, physical appearance, sexual orientation, disability, state of health, pregnancy ... of the candidates sought
The family situation. The terms "single" or "childless" must not be found in a job offer
Include a paid telephone number in an ad
Financial pyramids, money chains, multi-level marketing offers, enveloping, adult jobs such as video, adult webcam (non-exhaustive list), hostess, massage or relaxation announcements
Any job offer whose function is not clearly specified
Ads without a siren number, company name, explicit and detailed description of the proposed job
The images or photos (landscape, office, portrait ... non-exhaustive list) do not constitute the logo of the recruiting company
